1. Introduction
TradeSure (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a managed trade services platform connecting customers with qualified and vetted trade professionals across electrical, plumbing & drainage, and heating & boiler services.
By booking a service through TradeSure, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Role
TradeSure acts as an intermediary service provider responsible for:
- Accepting customer bookings
- Assigning qualified tradespeople
- Managing job coordination
- Facilitating payment processing
- Providing customer support and dispute handling
TradeSure is not always the direct employer of tradespeople but ensures all professionals meet required qualification and insurance standards.
3. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted due to operational factors.
- Emergency bookings are prioritised but not guaranteed within a fixed timeframe.
4. Pricing
- Customers are provided with either fixed pricing or quoted pricing before work begins.
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope must be approved before continuation.
- TradeSure reserves the right to update pricing structures at any time.
5. Payments
- Payment is collected electronically after job completion approval.
- Customers must review and approve completed work before release of funds.
- TradeSure may pre-authorise payments where required.
6. Cancellations
- Customers may cancel bookings prior to engineer dispatch without charge.
- Late cancellations may incur a call-out fee.
- Missed appointments may be chargeable.
7. Liability
- TradeSure is not liable for pre-existing property issues or third-party interference.
- Liability for workmanship is covered under the TradeSure Workmanship Guarantee.
8. Warranty
All completed work is covered under the TradeSure Workmanship Guarantee (see separate policy).
9. Customer Obligations
Customers must:
- Provide accurate job information
- Ensure safe access to property
- Disclose known hazards
10. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
